Texas Flat Fee Legal Requirements!

According to the US Department of Justice – Antitrust Division:

Limits choice of brokerage services
Allows brokers to offer rebates to consumers

Texas law requires real estate brokers to accept and present offers and counteroffers and answer their clients’ questions in every real estate transaction, even if consumers do not wish to buy these services. The Texas Occupations Code Title 7 – 1101.557 is what dictates and states what a broker must due at a minimum. This is the reason that we must provide you with a full service by responding to and assisting you with the sales of your home. By law we cannot offer our services to you without being there to help you with questions or concerns that sure to arise during the process.
